Every band needs an orchestrator, someone to keep the tune in time and the different instruments from clashing. Without the orchestrator, you are left with clanging symbols and a horrible sea of noise.
With one wave of his hand, he brings the percussions to a low rumble. With a sharp look, he calls the violinists to sing their song, and with a shake of his fists, the brass instruments fill the room with melody.
You, apostle, are the orchestrator of God's work, and your band is the fivefold ministry. You are called to lead them into harmony with the instruments and gifts that God has given them. For it is your job to bring this band into line and find a place for each one.
